HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@trynutreva.com with your order number and let us know you'd like a refund. That's it — you do not need to return the bottles unless we ask.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

GUARANTEE TERMS

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first purchase of each product and covers up to a 120-day supply per customer. It begins the day your order is delivered.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if a bottle arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right at no cost to you.
